Main Street Tax Pro© Certification & Membership (Enterprise Owner)
Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: August 1, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern the Enterprise Owner and the purchase of Licences for Authorized Users, and their enrollment in, access to, and use of the Main Street Tax Pro® Program, pursuit of the Main Street Certified Tax Advisor® Certification, and the Monthly Membership, including all resources, products, and services, offered by Main Street Professionals®, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company (hereinafter "MSP®”).
These Terms apply to the qualified Practice Owner that is now ALSO an Enterprise Owner
1. Definitions
Advisor. A Member of the MSTP® Program that has graduated from the Certification passing all of the required quizzes and examinations.
Advisor Mindset & Performance Training. Is ongoing training in MSTP© with live classes and a recorded library of training and resources focused on mindset, life and relationship coaching strategies to better succeed as an Advisor.
Authorized User. Is a Member of the Program and is a designated participant who received a License to participate in the Main Street Tax Pro® Program paid for by an Enterprise Owner.
Certification. The process of a Member completing the required Main Street Tax Pro (MSTP®) Training Library curriculum and passing all required quizzes and examinations with a score of at least ninety percent (90%), in order to become Certified as a Main Street Certified Tax Advisor (MSCTA®).
Enrollment. The date a Member purchases the Main Street Tax Pro® Program, or an Enterprise Owner purchases a License for an Authorized User.
Enterprise Owner. The Practice Owner representing an accounting firm, business entity, or other organization purchasing Licenses for its Authorized Users.
License. Means the license an Authorized User has in order to have access to the MSTP® Program, paid and provided for by an Enterprise Owner.
Member. Means a Member who has purchased the MSTP© Program as a Practice Owner, or is an Authorized User under the Enterprise Program, to now pursue Certification to become an Advisor with the designation MSCTA®.
Membership Site. The online dashboard, mobile application, website pages, and other digital platforms through which MSP® delivers the MSTP® Program content, communications, resources, and community access.
Monthly Member. Is a Member who is paying for the Monthly Membership and utilizing the benefits of Monthly Membership as described herein.
Monthly Membership. Provides additional benefits to Members and Authorized Users with a License under the Enterprise Program, which may include access to ongoing weekly training classes, all Live trainings in the Practice Builder Training and Advisor Mindset & Performance Training, ticketing options to the MainStreet 360® Conference, the opportunity to be listed on the Tax Advisor Network®, invitation to the Member Open Forum to collaborate with other Members, and access to a variety of other resources and support material, under these Terms.
MSCTA®. Means Main Street Certified Tax Advisor®, a designation granted to a Member who completes Certification and remains eligible to use the designation under these Terms.
MSTP® Program. Means the Main Street Tax Pro Program® and is the combination of (1) the Certification, and the (2) Monthly Membership with all of its additional benefits supporting Members set forth herein.
MSP®. Means Main Street Professionals©, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company.
Network. Means the Tax Advisor Network© as set forth herein.
Practice Owner. Is an individual sole proprietor, or equity owner of an accounting firm, business entity, or other organization that enrolls in the MSTP® Program. If and when the Practice Owner purchases Licenses of the MSTP® Program for Authorized Users, they also become an Enterprise Owner.
Profile. Is an Advisor’s personal bio and information listed on their Profile page on the Network, either as a Practice Owner, or the Enterprise Owner representing their company and Advisors.
Profile Guidelines. Are the minimum standards of an Advisor’s personal Profile on the Network that a Member must meet in order to be listed and remain listed on the Network.
Onboarding. The procedures a Member or Authorized User is offered after Enrollment to become familiar with and utilize all of the services and benefits under the MSTP® Program.
Practice Builder Training. Is a library of training and resources in MSTP© with ongoing classes focused on business skills and strategies to grow and scale an Advisory Practice.
Program. Also refers to and means the The Main Street Tax Pro® Program as set forth above.
Re-Certification. The annual update education and examination required for a Certified Member to continue using the MSCTA© designation and to remain eligible for listing on the Tax Advisor Network©.
Resource Library. On the Membership site, the Member will have access to various resources that will be updated from time to time at the discretion of MSP©, to assist the Member on their progress to get Certified and practice as a Certified Tax Advisor.
Tax Advisor Network©. An online directory of MSCTA© Members who qualify to be an Advisor listed on a searchable database owned and operated by MSP© where visitors may locate and independently engage with eligible Advisors.
White Papers. Legal memos or summaries of the tax law and strategies taught in the Certification training to serve as a resource to the Members.
2. Enterprise Eligibility
The Enterprise Licenses are only available for purchase by a Practice Owner who has purchased the Main Street Tax Pro Program®. The Enterprise program is an enhancement to, and not a substitute for, the Practice Owner program. It is required that at least one (1) MSTP© Practice Owner License is held by the signer of this Agreement representing the Enterprise Company.
3. Continuing Applicability of Practice Owner Terms
In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the Practice Owner Terms and these Enterprise Owner Terms, these Enterprise Owner Terms shall control solely with respect to the matters specifically addressed herein. All other provisions of the Main Street Tax Pro Program® Terms and Conditions shall control.
4. Enrollment and Purchase Price
Enrollment in the Enterprise Program consists of an Enterprise Owner purchasing a License or Licenses for individuals in their company or organization. Those holding a License become Authorized Users and Members to pursue Certification and participate in the other benefits of the Program under these terms. Enrollment for purposes of these Terms begins on the date of the purchase. The 2026 cost of the Licenses in the MSTP© Enterprise Program scale, based on the number of Licenses purchased over a twelve (12) month period, as follows:
- 1-5 Enterprise Licenses are $7,000 each (hereinafter “Purchase Price Tier 1”).
- 6-15 Enterprise Licenses are $6,000 each (hereinafter “Purchase Price Tier 2”).
- 15+ Enterprise Licenses are $5,000 each (hereinafter “Purchase Price Tier 3”).
The total Purchase Price is the amount displayed on the invoice at checkout via email.
5. Certification Program and Training Library
Same as in the Main Street Tax Pro® Program Terms and Conditions.
6. Quizzes, Examinations, and Certification Standards
Same as in the Main Street Tax Pro® Program Terms and Conditions.
7. Time to Begin and Completing Certification
Unless indicated by MSP© in writing, a Member in the Enterprise Program has twelve (12) months from the date of Enrollment to complete all Certification requirements. If the Member fails to complete the Certification within the twelve (12) month period after Enrollment, the Member forfeits further Certification access and is not entitled to a refund. Nonetheless, if a Member fails to complete Certification within the first twelve (12) month period, the Enterprise Company may repurchase another License for a one time fee of $2,500, regardless of the then-current price, and the Member will have another period of twelve (12) months from that time to complete the Certification. The discounted repurchase is available one time only; failure to timely complete Certification after the 2nd time period eliminates any further right to repurchase the MSP© Program at the discounted price.
8. Monthly Membership, Training Benefits, Renewal and Billing
The Monthly Membership under the Enterprise Program is a lower price and has different benefits than that of the Practice Owner Monthly Membership. The Monthly Price is currently $199 per License, and may be discounted further based on the number of authorized Enterprise Users in the Enterprise Company. The first thirty-day period is complimentary and included with the purchase of every License. Thereafter, the Enterprise Company is charged in advance every thirty (30) days, for each License in the Enterprise Company, generally on the calendar day corresponding to Enrollment. The Monthly Membership automatically renews until cancelled in accordance with MSP© cancellation procedures set forth below. MSP© may change the monthly price upon reasonable advance notice as economic conditions or Program offerings require. A Member may not share their login credentials to the Monthly Membership Training and Resources, or permit any person or entity to access the content without the prior written consent of MSP©. The Monthly Membership for an Enterprise Authorized User currently includes the following benefits and may be modified at any time in the sole discretion of MSP©:
- Weekly technical trainings and open Q&A forums;
- Access to the AI Markbot©- Closed Tax and Legal Library Research tool
- Advisor Mindset and Performance Live Trainings, recordings and resources;
- Access to all the Resources, tools, videos, white papers, and other benefits;
- Annual Re-Certification videos and testing at no additional charge;
- Access to any additional trainings during the year as may be offered,
- Enterprise Member Community Forum.
MSP© reserves the right to remove, modify, or add additional benefits to the Monthly Membership. The Enterprise Company must maintain a valid credit card or ACH payment method at all times. Failed or past-due payments may result in immediate suspension of Membership benefits for all Authorized Users under the Enterprise Company. The Enterprise Company is responsible for all activity occurring through its Company account, and for maintaining a current email address and payment method.
9. Advisor Turnover and Protection Guarantee
As consideration for the Enterprise Company entering into this Agreement, MSP© will protect the Enterprise Company’s investment in training its advisors by providing the following Protection Guarantee:
- If a Member/Authorized User of the Enterprise Company leaves the Enterprise Company for any reason (terminated or quits, etc..) within one (1) year of Enrollment, whether or not the Member obtains Certification, MSP© will allow the Enterprise Company to transfer that Member’s license one (1) time to another Authorized User/Member in their Company, with the same terms and conditions as a new license holder and a twelve (12) month time period to complete Certification; and
- MSP© will also enforce a “Waiting Period” for any Authorized/User Member that leaves the Enterprise Company in order to protect the economic interests of the Enterprise Company. The Waiting Period will restrict said Member from joining the Main Street Tax Pro® Program (Practice Owner) and listing their owner personal Profile on the Network for a period of eighteen (18) months from the date of their original Enrollment.
10. MSCTA© Designation and Annual Re-Certification

11. MainStreet 360© Conference Benefits
The Enterprise Monthly Member Benefits do not include any tickets to the MainStreet 360© Conference.
12. Tax Advisor Network©
The Enterprise Company is allowed one (1) Profile on the Network, in which they can promote their Company. In order for the Enterprise Company to be listed on the Network it must meet the following criteria: (a) the primary Practice Owner for the Enterprise Company must be Certified or Re-Certified for the current year; (b) be currently enrolled and paid in full for the Monthly Membership; and (c) satisfy and continuously maintain the Member Profile Guidelines under the separate Terms and Conditions of the Tax Advisor Network©. MSP does not charge a referral fee or receive a percentage of revenue earned by a MSCTA© from a client obtained through the Network.

15. Intellectual Property and Limited License

16. Technical Information, Strategy, and Downloads, and Confidentiality,

15. Community Standards and Confidentiality.

16. AI Use and Privacy Policy
Same as in the Main Street Tax Pro® Program Terms and Conditions.
17. Suspension, Termination, and Reservation of Rights
Same as in the Main Street Tax Pro® Program Terms and Conditions.
18. Disclaimers of Warranties and Professional Advice

19. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
Same as in the Main Street Tax Pro® Program Terms and Conditions.
20. Electronic Communications and Changes to Terms
Same as in the Main Street Tax Pro® Program Terms and Conditions.
21. Governing Law; Arizona Venue; No Mandatory Arbitration
Same as in the Main Street Tax Pro® Program Terms and Conditions.
22. General Provisions and Electronic Acceptance
Same as in the Main Street Tax Pro® Program Terms and Conditions.
23. Electronic Acceptance
By selecting "I Agree," submitting payment, or accessing the Program, the Enterprise Owner adopts an electronic signature and agrees that electronic acceptance has the same legal force as a handwritten signature. The Enterprise Owner represents that they have the authority to enter into these Terms individually and, where applicable, on behalf of the Practice Owner’s company.
