My journey into entrepreneurship began with my first venture, a specialty outdoor sports retail store, launched even before graduating from the University of Texas at Arlington with an accounting degree. While I passed the CPA exam, my path led me through diverse roles: from CFO in manufacturing to treasurer for non-profits, and accountant for bankruptcy trustees in significant cases. These experiences, coupled with my personal ventures and real estate investments alongside my wife, revealed a crucial need for expert tax and financial assistance for small businesses and professionals. Motivated by this realization, I founded my tax and consulting business and eagerly enrolled in this program, equipping myself with the tools to better serve the community.
