Vanja Druzanovic

Hi, I’m Vanja Druzanovic, CPA and founder of DJURIC CPA PLLC. I work with business owners, entrepreneurs, and real estate investors to help them understand their taxes, identify opportunities to save, and make smarter financial decisions.

My approach goes beyond simply preparing a tax return once a year. I focus on proactive tax planning and year-round strategy, helping my clients structure their businesses and investments in a way that supports both their current needs and long-term goals.

I have experience working with S corporations, partnerships, real estate and short-term rentals, cost segregation, multi-state taxation, cryptocurrency, trusts and estates, and U.S. taxpayers with international tax considerations. I also provide bookkeeping and ongoing business and tax advisory services.

I believe taxes don’t have to feel overwhelming or mysterious. I take the time to explain the “why” behind the numbers and give my clients practical strategies they can actually implement. My goal is to build long-term relationships with my clients and help them legally minimize taxes, make confident financial decisions, and build long-term wealth.
