Personal Bio: Hello, I'm Tony Smith, CPA, MSCTA and thanks for taking a moment to consider me as your Tax Advisor. I grew up in an entrepreneurial family of 11 children grounded with a moral & ethical compass. We owed a dairy, pork and tobacco farm as well as a fine dining restaurant. Hard work was our cornerstone and I'm passionate about helping small business owners succeed. I obtained my CPA with Deloitte, largest CPA firm in the world where I specialized in small business tax consulting. I have international experience and while serving as CFO of a Healthcare company reached #11 on the Inc 500. My experience includes restaurants, ESOPs, real estate, healthcare, residential & commercial construction and manufacturing. I have managed organizations with over 150 personnel and over $360 million in nationwide sales. Leaving public accounting and working as a Controller and CFO helped me understand what it's really like to be in your shoes and know the importance of accurate accounting and finding loopholes to reduce your tax burden.
