Timothy LeGendre is a Florida-licensed CPA and founder of Timothy LeGendre CPA LLC, specializing in proactive tax strategy, tax compliance, bookkeeping, and advisory services for small business owners.
Timothy holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accounting and passed all four sections of the CPA exam on his first attempt. His background also includes real estate, lending, business valuation, financial modeling, and thousands of hours analyzing businesses and building valuations, EBITDA models, and financial projections. Over five tax seasons, he has prepared more than 1,000 tax returns and categorized more than 50,000 bookkeeping transactions.
His practice is built around a simple philosophy: accounting should do more than record what already happened. Timothy works with clients year-round to identify tax-saving opportunities, maintain clean and decision-ready financials, evaluate entity structure, and build strategies around the long-term goals of the business.
He also develops his own accounting technology, including Forty Two Six, a custom bookkeeping platform designed to provide business owners with better financial visibility while integrating bookkeeping, tax planning, and advisory into one system.
