Hi, I'm Scott Heckard, founder of Heckard Tax Prep LLC in Lebanon, PA. Not too far from Hershey, the Sweetest Place on Earth. I started this business with 2 clients: my Mom and my Brother. Since then, we have grown considerably with many clients inside PA and numerous clients outside of PA. I am not your normal tax guy. I think outside the box and come up with ideas and strategies that clients haven't even thought about. Tax advisory and tax preparation to me, is like an endless puzzle, one that is never ending and impossible to fully solve. I am thrilled and fascinated by pursuit of perfecting it, and that passion is what separates me in this industry.
Over the years of doing this, I've gone deep into tax strategy for individuals, sole props, LLCs, S corporations, and real estate investors Tackling issues like entity structuring, multi-state issues, retirement accounts, rental strategy and long-term wealth planning. My goal with every client is pretty easy and clear cut: I want to know you personally. Without that connection, the trust will never be there. I also want to protect what you're building, and give you a clear roadmap instead of normal the normal nonsense of "here's your stuff, I'll see you in a year". That's not who I am, and clients deserve better than that.
