Rosalind Talarico

Rosalind Talarico, EA, MST, is the founder of Keystone Tax & Accounting Ltd. She is an Enrolled Agent with a Master’s in Taxation, a B.S. in Accounting, and more than 30 years of domestic and international tax experience. She helps business owners, real estate investors, and high-income professionals move beyond tax compliance and make informed, tax-efficient decisions.

Through the Keystone Tax Blueprint™—Assess, Analyze, Design, Implement, and Monitor—Rosalind develops practical strategies aligned with each client’s business, investments, retirement goals, and long-term objectives. Her work includes entity selection and restructuring, S corporation optimization, owner compensation, retirement planning, real estate and investment taxation, state and local tax matters, and tax planning for business acquisitions and sales.

Before founding Keystone, Rosalind held senior tax leadership roles with major public and private companies. She brings that large-company technical experience to closely held businesses and individuals, translating complex tax rules into clear recommendations and actionable steps.

Rosalind believes effective tax planning is an ongoing process, not a once-a-year transaction.
