I run Brighton Bookkeeping Services, where I assist clients in managing their financial operations and projects. My passion lies in helping small businesses succeed through accounting, financial planning, tax preparation, and payroll support, allowing them to focus on what they do best. With leadership experience at U.S. Bank, and the Latino Economic Development Council, I've also taught accounting and served as Chair of the Accounting Department at a local college. I hold Master's degrees in Accounting and Management, a Bachelor's in Management and Economics, and certifications in QuickBooks Online and Xero.
Originally from Latin America, I came to the U.S. in 1995 as a foreign exchange student. My wife and I have three children: a 17-year-old who plays basketball, a 14-year-old who plays baseball, and a 4-year-old who loves dinosaurs.
I began my career in 2000 as a business banker, where I realized many business owners overlook their accounting records. This insight led me to start Brighton Bookkeeping Services to help them understand their finances better.
As a registered tax preparer with the IRS (Annual Filing Season Program) and QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor, I aim to help small business owners save money on taxes legally while guiding them in setting clear business goals.
