Phillip Conger

I am a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Main Street Certified Tax Advisor, and U.S. Army veteran with over 17 years of accounting experience, including 10 years in public accounting. My practice focuses on tax compliance and advisory services, including tax preparation, strategic tax planning, entity formation and structuring, asset protection, and tax minimization strategies. I am passionate about simplifying complex tax concepts so clients feel confident, informed, and fully engaged in every aspect of their financial and tax decisions. By emphasizing the big picture, I help clients develop comprehensive strategies designed to build wealth while reducing tax liability. My clients range from small local businesses to large multi-state corporations across a wide variety of industries, including construction, health care, hospitality, professional services, real estate, and manufacturing. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Arizona State University and my Master’s degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University.
