Hi, I'm Peter Ellefson. I started my career in finance back in 1991 with Merrill Lynch in Phoenix, AZ, and a few years later, in 1996, I founded EPL to give clients a more personalized approach to their financial lives.
I earned my Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Minnesota State University-Moorhead, and today I work as a Registered Investment Advisor and fiduciary, running a Registered Investment Advisory firm. I'm also a licensed Real Estate Broker and Insurance Broker, which gives me the ability to look at the full financial picture and help people from every angle.
Outside of work, I'm a husband and proud dad of two adult children. I love staying active—whether that's working out, playing basketball, or traveling and exploring new places with my family.
