Mike Bisbee

Hi my name is Mike Bisbee. My journey in finance began in 1988 when I bought my first stock with earnings from bussing tables at a local golf club in Lake Tahoe, NV. At 17, I accepted an appointment to the U.S. Naval Academy, graduating in 1996 and serving as a Navy Supply Corps Officer onboard the USS Tarawa. After my active-duty service, I transitioned to the medical and biotech industries as a senior sales executive for two Fortune 500 companies. While working full-time, I earned my Executive MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management in 2009.

In 2013, driven by a passion for investments and helping others achieve financial freedom, I founded Enduro Financial which is now Enduro Tax Advisory and Enduro Wealth Management. As an Independent Fee-Only Financial Planner, I provide comprehensive tax and investment advice free from Wall Street conflicts of interest. I focus on helping S-Corporation business owners, W-2 accredited investors, and real estate professionals save on taxes and leverage those savings to build wealth.

As a Certified Financial Planner™ professional (CFP® ) and Enrolled Agent (EA) tax professional, I deliver personalized, data-driven strategies, including S-Corp optimization, oil and gas IDC deductions, short-term rental planning, cost segregation, and Roth conversion strategies. I also offer faith-based investment solutions tailored to Christian clientele.

With over a decade in the investment and tax advisory field, I have guided hundreds of entrepreneurs, families, and business owners toward smarter financial decisions. My mission is to help clients keep more of what they earn, grow it wisely, and protect it for future generations.
