With more than 20 years of experience as a CPA, I’ve built my career around helping business owners make sense of the numbers—and, more importantly, understand what those numbers mean for the decisions in front of them.
As a Principal with Dark Horse CPAs and a CPA/ABV and CVA, my work spans tax planning and compliance, business advisory, business valuation, and transaction support and due diligence. I especially enjoy the situations that don’t come with an obvious answer: evaluating an opportunity, working through a transaction, solving a tax issue, or helping an owner determine the best path forward.
My approach is practical and straightforward. I believe clients should understand their options, the why behind the advice, and what to do next. Sometimes that means developing a long-term strategy; sometimes it means rolling up our sleeves and solving the problem that landed on the desk today.
At the end of the day, my goal is simple: to be the advisor business owners call when they need a clear answer, a thoughtful perspective, or someone in their corner to help them figure out what comes next.
