Hi! I’m Lynne Bray, Principal of TaxLAB Strategies, a tax and business advisory firm in Orange County, California.
I believe tax planning should be about more than reducing a tax bill—it should help you make smarter business decisions and build something that lasts. I work with small business owners to understand the numbers behind their businesses, solve complex tax problems, and uncover opportunities they may not see on their own.
With more than 20 years of experience in business taxation, small business accounting, and QuickBooks, I bring tax strategy and business strategy together. My goal is simple: help business owners understand what their numbers are telling them and use that information to make better decisions.
I’m a Certified Tax Coach, an NTPI Fellow specializing in tax resolution, and an Enrolled Agent authorized to practice before the IRS. I hold a BA in Accounting from Temple University and a Master of Science in Taxation from Golden Gate University. I’m also a member of the AICPA Tax Section and NAEA.
What I enjoy most is getting to know the people behind the numbers. Every business is different, and I love digging in, asking the right questions, and finding ways to make the numbers work harder for the owner.
When I’m not working, I’m usually traveling, exploring somewhere new, enjoying the outdoors, or finding my next adventure.
