Lynne Bray

Hi! I’m Lynne Bray, Principal of TaxLAB Strategies, a tax and business advisory firm based in Orange County, California. I help small business owners make sense of the numbers, solve complicated tax problems, and—most importantly—see opportunities before they become missed opportunities.

With more than 15 years of experience in business taxation, small business accounting, and QuickBooks, I bring together tax strategy and business strategy to help clients make better decisions. I’m a Certified Tax Coach, NTPI Fellow specializing in tax resolution, and an Enrolled Agent authorized to practice before the IRS.

My education includes a BA in Accounting from Temple University and a Master of Science in Taxation from Golden Gate University. I’m a member of the AICPA Tax Section, Tax Rep Network, NAEA, and AICTP, and I’m committed to continuously expanding my knowledge in a field that never stands still.

I genuinely enjoy what I do. I love working with business owners, learning their businesses, and finding ways to make the numbers work harder for them. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me traveling, exploring somewhere new, or enjoying the outdoors.
