Hi, I'm Keith Wagner, co-founder of The Wagner Company, P.C., Certified Public Accountants. Serving as a trusted business advisor to business owners for over 38 years, I strive each day to remain true to our mission "Proactively Serving Higher Profits and Lower Taxes to Restaurants, Bars and Entrepreneurs." While I am a CPA, I am also a business owner with multiple businesses, real estate investor, professional musician, father, husband, and student of life. I defended clients in tax examinations and tax collection cases, and even more serious tax matters. I have provided expert witness testimony and worked in litigation support roles in a variety of circumstances. That has given me some invaluable experience and unique insight into practical application of tax law.
