I've been in the accounting and tax profession for over 10 years. I worked at Liberty Tax Service and saw that too many business owners overpay on their taxes. I graduated from University of Baltimore (U.B.) with my B.S degree in Accounting from the Merrick School of Business. I was a part of the Honors Accounting Program at U.B., where I was able to visit London, University of Oxford, Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, the Bank of England, and had sit-downs with partners from the London offices of "Big Four'' firms KPMG and Deloitte. This experience and understanding business owners need help ensuring they don't overpay in taxes started the passion.
