I'm Carlos Samaniego, the driving force behind Tax Debt Consultants, LLC, where I use my deep knowledge of tax law to help clients tackle their tax challenges and professionals enhance their expertise in the field. My commitment to education and mentorship has made a significant impact on the professional development of CPAs, EAs, and attorneys across the country. I take pride in my membership with the National Association of Enrolled Agents and the American Society of Tax Problem Solvers, which underscores my dedication to the tax industry.

My efforts in the field have been recognized with an EXPY award from the National Association of Experts, Writers, and Speakers. I've also had the privilege of sharing my insights on tax matters on major news networks such as NBC, CBS, ABC, and USA Today, as well as on numerous radio stations nationwide. My ability to simplify complex tax issues for a wide audience has led me to make appearances on Hollywood Live and in documentaries on PBS hosted by Dennis Quaid.

As an author, I've taken readers through my journey and shared my knowledge in my book, "How to Make The IRS An Offer They Can't Refuse," and co-authored "Never Give Up!" with sports icon Dick Vitale, which enjoyed success on Amazon's best-seller charts. My forthcoming work, "The FTB Taxpayer Survival Guide," is designed to help individuals navigate their interactions with California's Franchise Tax Board. Most recently, I've co-written a book with my wife and business partner, Elizabeth, titled "Love & Taxes: Resolving IRS Problems Together For Stronger Relationships."

Beyond my professional life, I'm deeply passionate about giving back to the community, notably through my volunteer work with the United States Naval Academy as a Blue and Gold Officer. My personal life is enriched by my role as a devoted husband and father. I'm the proud father of my teenage daughter Bella and Andrew Samaniego and father-in-law to Kanoe, both of whom are distinguished graduates of the United States Naval Academy now serving as Naval Officers.

Through my podcast and YouTube channel, I continue to share my tax insights with a global audience, further establishing myself as a respected voice in the tax community.
