Beau Hartman

I am a family guy from southern Minnesota. I have a wonderful wife and five (that's right, 5) amazing kids. We stay pretty active when the weather is warm enough. We will try just about any outdoor activity, but we have our favorites like basketball, frisbee golf, pickleball, and soccer. When we are stuck indoors, we are usually playing board games or cards. Both my wife and I are business owners, and we love all the benefits of it. From the flexibility, to the responsibility, to the continual need to educate yourself about your industry, your opportunities, and more, we love it.

I am a small town attorney, and I would offer you three quick reasons I am a wise choice to be your attorney. First, I strive to be a good listener, because people matter. Their stories matter, and their issues matter. I know I appreciate a person who values my words enough to not just remember them but also inquire about them—what did I really mean when I said this or what was I referring to when I said that. I believe most people appreciate a good listener, which is why I am driven to listen to my clients, to their stories, and to their issues. Second, I am honest. This can mean a lot of things, but one of the things it means professionally is that I tell my clients what they need to hear as opposed to what they want to hear. I believe honesty pays great dividends in the long-term, even if not everyone appreciates it in the short-term. Third, I am a strategic thinker. I enjoy solving problems. I mean I really enjoy solving problems.
