Being a Tax Professional that did not take the traditional route of CPA school, working at a large firm then starting my own practice gives me such an advantage. Most CPA's and Accountants tend to be very timid and afraid to be creative with strategy. As a Tax Professional that owns multiple successful small businesses, I know what small business owners need in an advisor. I firmly believe in communication, professionalism, creativity and most importantly, being an advocate to my clients.
I also was a career Firefighter/Paramedic for 7 years prior to making the switch to owning an Accounting practice. The move was one of the greatest things I have ever done. I can now spend significantly more time with my amazing Wife and 2 young daughters, Hazel and Hadley.
